Aging: in barrels, in a temperature-controlled cellar for approximately 18 months. After bottling, the wine aged further for a number of months prior to release.

Style: Bold & fruity

Additional: Delucius is named after Lucius, son of founders Simon and Celia, and is also a play on words with “Delicious” – which the wine certainly is! The name Lucius is derived from the Latin word Lux (gen. lucis), meaning “light”. The delightful artwork was painted by Lucius and symbolizes the founders new found freedom after the difficult lockdowns of 2020. There was light at the end of the dark tunnel.
