Short notes: Golden yellow in colour with vibrant gold reflections, the bubbles are fine with a persistent mousse. Aromas of fruit with floral, spice and roasted nut aromas and the palate is characteristic of Crémants de Bordeaux, crisp & dry, with a non-aggressive effervescence. Long and fruity on the finish.

Celene Crémant have been producing wonderful sparkling wine since 1947 using parcels on both banks of Bordeaux. The wines are hand harvested and aged for 24 months on the lees in the bottle – Just like Champagne and then rested in 18th century limestone caves prior to release. The results represent arguably the best value sparkling wine in France
