Buy this wine because it’s an elegant Sparkling rosé to rival some of the best Champagne brut rosés out there. It’s a delicate salmon pink with aromas of strawberry, cranberry, rosewater and sour figs. The cranberry and red fruit comes through on the palate with dried citrus and white nectarines and the light buoyant acidity is cushioned in fine creamy bubbles with notes of toasted hazelnuts on the lingering finish.
It pairs great with shellfish, creamy garden pea risotto, soft and semi soft cheese, chocolate desserts
