Buy this wine because only fruit selected from the oldest Chenin Blanc vineyards at the Bot River farm, planted in 1974 and ‘78, are used for this wine. With careful oaking and retained freshness, this Chenin is rich and textured with tangerine, baked apple and stone fruit flavours with a sublime balanced acidity. Delicious!
It pairs great with Asian spiced dishes, grilled shellfish, seared scallops, whole pan fried sole with beurre noisette, soft and mild cheese
