These grapes were handpicked in the early morning of the 4 days of picking to capture the subtle primary flavours that the Chardonnay offers. We love the resulting elegance of this Chardonnay.

It pairs great with any cream based dishes, smoked chicken or duck, seared tuna with olive oil, lime juice and black pepper.
