Buy this wine because of it's finesse and elegance. On the nose ripe citrus, pink grapefruit and pear, with lemon, nectarine and green apple on the palate, alongside a flinty, salty minerality. Further notes of toasted brioche, shortbread and hazelnut add complexity and elegance. The 2016 has a pale golden colour, fine bubbles and layered complexity.
It pairs great with oysters, lobster and fish and chips, to seabass ceviche, new season asparagus and goats cheese tarts.
