Buy this wine because this is another winner from Thorne & Daughters with this Pinot Noir produced mostly from grapes sourced from numerous vineyards in the Overberg region, most of which are just outside Hemel-En-Aarde. A small amount of fruit is also sourced from a vineyard in Elgin, where the soils are clay, and from an organically-farmed site on decomposed granite soils in the Bottelary Hills near Stellenbosch.
