Buy this wine because you’ll experience an authentic taste of South Africa, and Swartland specifically. Chris & Andrea Mullineux use a minimal intervention policy to their winemaking with minimal use of sulphur, lack of use of filtering or fining agent making the wine vegan, and a lack of yeast or enzyme usage. Complex aromas of Citrus and orange blossom, cardamom & Christmas spices with a fairly full palate and notes of apricots, pears, peaches with nuttiness and mineral freshness.
It pairs great with gamey fish such as salmon or tuna, all shellfish, chicken, pork or game and soft cheeses
