Buy this wine because the fruity flavours of apples, stone fruit and black currant are complimented by the minerality, kelp and sea breeze that balance this wine. With a touch of oak, this wine is rich, layered and long. This subtly powerful blend is intense but not weighty: an elegant well-balanced wine showing typical Darling minerality, vibrant acidity and some leesy complexity before a salty finish.
It pairs great with fresh oysters, seared tuna, hake ceviche, squid ink tagliatelle, pan fried prawns, bouillabaisse
