Buy this wine because this is a lovely dry white wine from Naples with yellow peach and apricot, flint and orange blossom on the nose, with notes of Mediterranean scrub. Citrus flavours and an intense palate which is fresh and savoury with a lingering finish leaving almonds, eucalyptus and lemon zest.
It pairs great with fish-based dishes such as salmon, lobster, grilled prawns, grilled fish, but also with white meats and fresh cheeses.
