Buy this wine because we love shouting about winemaker Kiara Scott, a Cape Winemakers Guild protégée, at the Brookdale helm. The wine has gentle oaking complimenting the white flower, citrus ginger and brioche aromas, whilst on the palate the pineapple yellow plum and nectarine flavours are underpinned by minerality. This drinks beautifully right now but has 5-8 year potential improving in the cellar.
It pairs great with Vegetarian dishes, shellfish, calamari, mild and soft cheese, spicy dishes and lean fish
