Bright, fresh and piney juniper leading to notes of citrus and lemongrass. A bold honey sweetness and very light berry finish lingers on the nose. Served with a slice of grapefruit and sprig of rosemary - herbaceous on the nose to start, classic juniper on the lips with a fresh and light citrus backing.
