Buy this wine because it is the most important volume wine in the cellar at Le Clos Rouge, in the Terrasses du Larzac appellation which is located on the southern slopes of the Cevennes and are some of the highest vineyards in the Côteaux du Languedoc region. Sourced from the ruffes soils of the plain, from vines ranging from 40 to 60 years of age, the grapes are vinified separately and blended prior to bottling.
